A free FantasyPros alternative

Where Parlae does the same job for nothing, and where FantasyPros is genuinely ahead.

FantasyPros is the established fantasy suite, and its full features require a paid subscription. Parlae does the same everyday jobs - league sync, weekly start or sit, waiver targets, a trade check, rankings and a live draft assistant - for nothing, from live market data.

This page is a comparison of what each tool gives you for the job in front of you, not a review. Where FantasyPros is ahead, it says so.

The one real difference

Our numbers come from live market consensus: where players actually go across real drafts, plus sportsbook player markets where books have posted them, and every call we publish is graded in public afterwards. FantasyPros aggregates expert opinion. Both are legitimate ways to build a board. We do not run an analyst panel and we never present our output as expert consensus.

What FantasyPros does that we do not

  • Breadth of sports and formats

They cover more sports, more formats and more league types than we do. If your league sits outside NFL redraft or dynasty, theirs is the better fit.

  • Written analysis and video

They publish a large volume of articles, podcasts and video from named analysts. We publish measurements and a graded record, and nothing else.

  • Years of historical data

Their archives go back many seasons. Ours start at launch, so long historical research is not something we can do yet.

Common questions

  • Is Parlae actually free?

Yes. Every fantasy tool here is open with no sign in, no card and no deposit. There is no paid tier to upgrade to.

  • Where do your rankings come from?

Consensus draft position measured across real drafts, plus sportsbook player markets where books have posted them. It is a measurement of what the market is doing, not a poll of analysts.

  • Can I sync my league?

Yes. Sleeper, a public ESPN league or a pasted Yahoo draft recap, and a manual roster if your platform is not supported. Nothing is stored on a server and no platform password is ever asked for.
