Why Parlae is free — and how we eat
We make money from sportsbook referral links. If you sign up to a book through Parlae, that book may pay us. You never pay us anything, and there is no paid tier to upsell you into.
The obvious risk with that model is sponsor-ordered rankings. So we constrain ourselves in public: odds tables and +EV rows are sorted by price only — payout fields are explicitly excluded from every sort comparator, and a golden test in our codebase fails the build if that ever changes.
And every pick our engine fires is captured before the game and graded afterwards at the recommended price, wins and losses both, on our public track record page. If the model is bad, you'll see it there before we tell you.

We anchor to sharp markets and prediction markets, remove the vig with multiplicative and power devig (taking the more conservative fair probability), and compare that fair price to every US book we monitor in real time.
What's the catch?
You are the reader, not the customer — books are. We limit the damage that could do by sorting purely on price, excluding payout fields from every ranking comparator, and grading our own picks in public.
