Contact Parlae
One inbox, read by the people who build the site. No ticket numbers, no bots.
We reply within two business days. In the NFL season a report of a wrong number on a live page is usually fixed the same day.
What we answer
- A number that looks wrong
- Name the page and the player. A wrong draft pick, position rank, bye week or sportsbook line on a live page is fixed first, usually the same day in season, and the reply says what changed and why.
- A league sync that failed
- Tell us the platform and the league id. Never send a password: Parlae reads public league data only, so there is nothing to sign in to on our side.
- A graded call you disagree with
- Every start or sit call is graded against the box score and left up, wins and misses. If you think a grade is wrong, send the week and the two names and we will show our working or correct the record.
- Press, data and research requests
- The draft board, the ADP history and the graded record are all quotable with attribution. Ask for the underlying rows and we will send what the data supports.
- Advertising and partnerships
- How Parlae is paid for is written out in full on the disclosures page. Anything that would change what a reader sees is answered there before it is answered by email.
- Privacy requests
- Access, correction and deletion requests for anything Parlae holds about you are handled from the same inbox. The privacy policy says what is stored and for how long.
What we cannot help with
Parlae is not a sportsbook and does not hold money, take wagers or place bets for anyone. We do not send picks by email, and we do not give personal betting advice: every figure on the site is the same for every reader and is published in the open. Questions about a deposit, a withdrawal or an account at a sportsbook go to that sportsbook. If gambling is a problem, the help line is 1-800-GAMBLER and the tools and limits page is linked from the foot of every page.
Before you write
Most questions we get are answered on three pages. What Parlae is and who runs it is on about Parlae. How the board is built, how a fair price is worked out and how every call is graded is on how Parlae works. How the site is paid for is on disclosures. The public record of every start or sit call, including the misses, is on the start or sit record.
Elsewhere
Parlae posts on X and keeps a Discord and a subreddit, r/ParlaeFantasyDesk, for readers who want to talk through a call. Those are the only accounts Parlae operates; anything else using the name is not us. For anything that needs a record, use the email.
