Arkansas legalized retail sports betting in 2019 and added mobile in March 2022. The mobile market is unusual: only the state's three licensed casinos (Saracen, Oaklawn, Southland) may offer apps, and they collect 51% of net gaming revenue when partnering with national operators.
That revenue-share has slowed national-brand rollout. BetMGM, FanDuel, and DraftKings all operate in the state through casino partnerships.
Retail sportsbooks operate at the three casinos. Minimum age is 21.
