Connecticut legalized sports betting via a 2021 tribal compact amendment. The market launched October 2021 with three mobile licenses: DraftKings (Mohegan Sun), FanDuel (Foxwoods), and Fanatics (which acquired the CT Lottery's PlaySugarHouse license).
Retail sportsbooks operate at Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, and CT Lottery retail kiosks across the state.
Minimum age is 21. Tax rate is 13.75% of gross gaming revenue.
