Maine legalized sports betting in May 2022 and launched November 3, 2023. The state's four federally recognized tribes hold exclusive rights to mobile sports betting licensing.
DraftKings (partnered with three tribes) and Caesars (partnered with the Passamaquoddy) are the only mobile sportsbooks live. National brands like FanDuel, BetMGM, and ESPN BET are not yet available.
Retail sportsbooks operate at the state's two commercial casinos. Minimum age is 21.
