Maryland legalized sports betting in November 2021 via voter referendum. Retail launched December 2021 and mobile November 23, 2022.
All major national operators are live including DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, ESPN BET, and Fanatics. Retail sportsbooks operate at state casinos and pro sports venues including M&T Bank Stadium.
Minimum age is 21. Tax rate is 15%.
