Mississippi launched retail sports betting in August 2018. Mobile wagering is restricted to on-property at the state's licensed casinos — meaning you must physically be inside the casino to bet on a mobile app.
Statewide mobile wagering has been considered multiple times but has not passed. Retail sportsbooks operate at coastal and river casinos including Beau Rivage, Hard Rock Biloxi, and others.
Minimum age is 21. Tax rate is 12%.
