Missouri voters narrowly approved Amendment 2 in November 2024, legalizing both mobile and retail sports betting. The market launched in 2025 with all major operators live.
Mobile licenses are split between Missouri's 13 riverboat casinos and the state's six pro sports franchises (Cardinals, Royals, Chiefs, Blues, Sporting KC, Current).
Minimum age is 21. Tax rate is 10% of adjusted gross revenue.
