Oregon launched mobile sports betting in October 2019 under the state lottery using SBTech, and transitioned to DraftKings in January 2022 under a 10-year contract.
DraftKings is the only legal mobile sportsbook in the state. Retail sportsbooks operate at the nine tribal casinos under separate compacts.
Minimum age is 21.
