West Virginia launched retail sports betting in August 2018 and mobile in December 2018 — among the first states to do so after PASPA fell.
All major operators are live including DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, ESPN BET, Fanatics, and BetRivers. Retail sportsbooks operate at the state's five commercial casinos.
