If Jeff Bezos played hockey: center, rated 81
Jeff Bezos would play center in hockey, rated 81 in Legends Draft NHL, the parody game where famous people play hockey. The position leans hardest on passing and shooting, where Jeff Bezos rates 86 and 82. Best attribute: passing (86). A center built around distribution. His passing leads his card with a heavy shot behind it, and skating is the soft spot.

Jeff Bezos as a hockey player: scouting report
Jeff Bezos plays center because the whole job of a center is logistics. Amazon began in 1994 as an online bookstore run out of a garage in Bellevue, Washington, and grew into a company built on getting the right item to the right door at the right moment. On the ice that is a playmaker's mindset, and passing is the best part of his card. He wants the puck on the half wall on the power play, scanning for the seam pass that turns a two on two into a tap in.
What separates him from a pure setup man is his shot, the second best mark he owns. Defenders who sag off to take away the pass will see him step into a one timer from the top of the circle. His defense grades out right alongside the shot, so he can take important faceoffs in his own end and kill penalties. A Princeton graduate who studied electrical engineering and computer science, he approaches the game like a systems problem: where should the puck be, and how quickly can it get there.
Skating is the honest weakness. He is not the fastest center in the draft, and he will not win many footraces to icing calls. That is why he works best with quick wingers who can carry the puck through the neutral zone and let him set up shop in the offensive zone. If you need him elsewhere, he slides to either wing with only a small drop, and right wing is the slightly better fit for his shot. He flew to space aboard Blue Origin's New Shepard in 2021, so he likes a long term project, and that is how to use him: draft him as a steady first line center and build the power play around his vision.
