Who to draft at pick 2 in fantasy basketball

At pick 2 of a 12-team draft, our board takes Luka Dončić in points leagues (57.7 fantasy points a game) and Victor Wembanyama in 9-cat leagues. Your second pick is No. 23, 20 picks later. This is our board's order, not ADP: a player your room likes more will go sooner.

The board around pick 2

Luka Dončić is No. 2 in points leagues, in tier 2. 1 more player sits in the same tier right behind him, so a different name from this group costs you little.
