If Kim Kardashian played golf: rated 76, best at nerve

Kim Kardashian as a golfer: scouting report

Kim Kardashian would play golf the way she built a business: with a plan for every hole and no interest in shots she does not need to hit. Nerve and course IQ are the two best marks on her card. She spent years on Keeping Up with the Kardashians with cameras following nearly every move, and a golfer that comfortable under constant attention will not flinch when the gallery goes quiet over a putt.

Her short game is the best of her shotmaking, and it matches a career built on details. She launched SKIMS and turned it into one of the best known shapewear and clothing brands in the world, which takes the same eye for small adjustments that makes a great chipper. She also took on the study of law later in her career and passed the first year law student exam in California, a reminder that she will put in the work to learn something hard. Expect her to study the greens the same way. Her putting is reliable and her irons are serviceable, enough to set up the short game that does the real damage.

Driving is where the card is honest. She is not going to win long drive contests, and The Long Course Championship, with its demand for carry and power off the tee, is her toughest assignment. Her best fit is The Links Open, where clever positioning, a low running ball and nerve in the wind can beat length. She also hosted Saturday Night Live, so a big stage does not worry her. Take her as a smart middle round piece, and let a long hitter on your roster handle the brute force weeks.
