What changes in this view
Kickers score from field goals and extra points, both of which depend on an offense that stalls in range rather than on the kicker himself. That is why the spread between the first kicker off the board and the twelfth is the smallest of any position, and why almost nobody takes one before the final round.
This view keeps only kickers and re-numbers them 1 upward in the order drafters are taking them. If the list is short, the draft market has not posted kickers yet.
