Rank and slot are our own board order in points leagues and where it lands in a 12-team draft, not ADP. GP is games played in 2025-26. Players eligible at PG count, not only those listed there first.

Reading the flags at PG
The board ranks every player per game, which assumes he plays. Games missed are the most common way an early pick fails a fantasy team, so a short season is the flag to weigh first; age makes the next missed stretch more likely. A career-best jump from a veteran is the softest flag. Before you take a flagged point guard, check the NBA injury report and the players around him in the point guard rankings, and look at the PG sleepers for the other end of the position.
Common questions
Which point guards are bust risks in fantasy basketball for 2026-27?
8 of the top 20 carry at least one flag; Kevin Porter, Stephen Curry carry two or more.
What counts as a risk flag?
Fewer than 55 games last season, 32 or older on opening night, listed on the latest injury report, or fantasy points per game up 20% or more on the season before for a player 26 or older. Each is a fact with its number; none is a prediction.
